In addition to attractive basic services in purchasing, employees, networking and distribution, we offer modular support in sales, marketing, quality and gastronomy management as well as sustainability. Even our branding is individually tailored to the hotel with the SHC labels

Depending on your needs, you can choose from one of three membership levels: 

Membership "Basic

We support you from the background with special conditions from partners in the areas of distribution and purchasing. You determine yourself if and which partners are suitable for your hotel. We advise you neutrally and independently, because we deliberately do not receive any commission or other payments from our partners. Furthermore, you are free to become part of our SHC Staff Rates Program, all employees can stay at attractive rates, subject to availability, at SHC partner hotels. With this benefit as well as two free trainings per year, we support you in rewarding, promoting and challenging your employees. In general, the exchange of ideas is important to us and therefore two SHC Round Tables take place annually in changing member hotels.

Membership "Advanced"

All services from the basic membership are included in this upgrade. At the Advanced level, we now actively market and sell your hotel with a lot of effort. On the one hand via our online channels, where bookings are commission-free, on the other hand at various meetings, trade fairs and events. For optimal visibility in your target group as well as underlining your positioning, you individually choose up to three suitable SHC labels. Our modular offer of additional services is unique. Starting with the Advanced membership, you have access to the SHC modules. You choose these individually on an annual basis. This allows you to obtain optimal support in the form of manpower according to your situation and the market conditions. Each module is supervised by an SHC expert in the respective area. These experts work on the level of individual hotels and thus sell, market and advise your hotel individually. The following SHC modules are available:

  • MICE Sales
  • Marketing
  • Quality Management in cooperation with Hotellerie Suisse
  • Sustainability with  Ibex Fairstay
  • Restaurant Revenue Management

Membership "Leader
All benefits of the Basic and Advanced Membership are included in the Leader level. As a Shc Leader Member you have access to the unique loyalty program "Discovery" of Global Hotel Alliance. Guests benefit from the alliance of various individual hotel groupings, currently in over 750 hotels worldwide, from loyalty benefits. With the meanwhile 22 million "Discovery" users you reach new target groups and turn guests into repeaters. In Switzerland, there are only a handful of hotels that are part of the Global Hotel Alliance, making it all the more exciting to become part of the loyalty program via Shc.
